Last QR update fix performance issues and add new graphics settings

I just uploaded the latest version of Quantum Runner. I have fixed some performance issues and added the possibility to change the resolution scale (Screen Percentage Scale) in Options-Graphics window.

Take the freedom to adjust this parameter. If you have a very powerful computer, try to raise the value near the maximum (>150%). Otherwise, if you have a mid-low range computer, try between >100% and <125% to gain more performance at the cost of losing a bit of graphic quality.
